Keith Gorton, founder and managing director of the Group, has a wealth of experience in business management and integrated communications and oversees all strategic, planning and implementation activities.

Keith enjoys the challenge of working with a range of organisations to help them achieve their business objectives and ensures practical solutions, not biased to any particular medium or channel, are designed to meet individual client’s specific needs. His philosophy is based on the belief that sound strategy results in effective communication and for businesses to be successful, they need to have their strategic direction in place before investing time, money and effort in communications.

Before moving into consulting, Keith managed his own integrated advertising, marketing and graphic design business for five years. He has also worked in senior management roles with leading advertising companies including Mattingly & Partners (Y&R Brands) and Armstrong’s/Neville Jeffress (now TMP Worldwide). These roles brought him into contact with many well-known brands and he has worked with a who’s who of Australian companies across many sectors including corporate, education, human resources, media, not-for-profit, retail and trade.

Keith is a Fellow of the Advertising Institute of Australia and has a long association with RMIT Business TAFE’s AITMPR Department (Advertising, International Trade, Marketing and Public Relations).
